Freelance Work
I have had the privilege to assist and create work for some amazing floral studios in Toronto. I have found that freelancing has been a never ending source of inspiration. I am beyond thankful to the talented Florists who have welcomed me into this industry and who have taught me so much. Feel free to contact me if you need an experienced freelance florist with a drivers license!
May Flowers
A floral design studio and cafe. Specializing in boutique style weddings with an ethereal and natural aesthetic. Annie is one of the hardest working women I have ever assisted. She runs a jewel box of a flower shop and cafe, while executing thoughtful and romantic florals for all her wedding clients. The May Flowers’ aesthetic uses soft tones and light textures that appear effortless.
Rikki Marcone Events
A floral design and event studio. “Inspired by untouched landscapes & inherent wilderness.” Rikki Marcone has a true romantic style. Her lush use of florals combined with soft candle light is beyond luxurious and sets the perfect mood for any space.
Coriander Girl
A floral design studio in Toronto and Prince Edward County. “Championing the bespoke, garden-style movement and helping narrow the gap between farmer and florist.” Getting the opportunity to assist Manager and Florist Deanna Balmer was an amazing learning experience. Her dynamic floral style and mechanics skills are on point. The Coriander Girl aesthetic is earthy and seasonal, while showcasing locally grown foliage and florals.
